In the silence we have been busy at work! We are working as hard as possible to be closer to the day we hold our son in our arms! Right now we are diligently working on our dossier checklist, applying for grants and our next big fundraiser the golf tournament!!
Everyday I am reminded of the grace and goodness of our Father. How he cares for every single detail. That as we work as hard as possible we know that ultimately it is in His hands.
I started to see little boys with their families and wonder who are son will be. Will he be quiet or loud, playful or reserved, will he love sports or be a reader, will he be artistic, or maybe he will be a little of all those things just like his sister? What will his mannerisms be like? What will it be like to see his sweet face when he looks at me for the first time or the first time I get to hug him? Those are the moments in the silence I think about as we are working so hard on all the tasks.
Our son is already such a blessing to us.
We are excited to announce that it is our Hope and Prayer to add on to our Family through International Adoption! The process can be long and the time frame unsure, but we are officially a waiting Family! We’d appreciate your Love, Prayer and Support as we begin this exciting journey!
